Everytime the Mets needed a big win in season he never came though. The guy was never healthy. He is bacially is a 500 picther at best. Will he 'eat' innings - sure. I for one was glad they finally got rid of him. He pitched 2 games this year and its like the Mets let Nolan Ryan go again. I admit Stroman is not much better but rather take my chances with him for this one year.
