Mets close out regular season with sweep of Nats

You couldn’t have ended the 2022 regular season without the Mets and Braves finishing with identical records. It sort of marks the year perfectly. When we look back in time, hopefully commemorating a World Series championship, it will be noted that the Mets won 101 games and only finished in second place because of a head-to-head tiebreaker.
